PILOT PROJECT OF ANCIENT FOOD SYSTEM

This project is done to solve people´s world hungry and malnurition. It is located at Pedro Moncayo county of Ecuador, it is well known ancient cultives such as Quinua, Chocho and Amaranto of Andean countries of south America have been cultivated for hundreds or maybe thousand of years, and their original population have eaten this food rich in nutritious and proteins as well. These said food are very well known at Latin America mainly at Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia, also are known at Europe, USA and other countries because of the high level of proteins and health advantages. My project contanis 20 points, the first point talk about the hungry world situation , then talk about the location, background, the chemical composition and proteins for diets of population, the adaptation to environment, cost to produce, the place of project, inversion, what people do with this food, advantages, how to sell them, socialization, complements of other, money calculation needed to solve hungry
